Delivery Policy

Research Reports

A programme of research takes several months; each case is different, and delivery timings will vary.  On average, we expect to complete a Standard Programme in about three months.

Our reports are usually packaged in a large stiffened envelope or other suitable packaging and delivered by Royal Mail (1st class for UK deliveries).  If you have supplied an email address, we aim to send a dispatch advice by email.

Please note that reports sent overseas may occasionally be delayed by customs checks.  

Copy reports

Copy reports will usually be dispatched within a week of receiving the order.  Since copyright of the report belongs to the client who commissioned it, requests from anyone else will require the permission of the original client where possible.

Giclée Pedigrees (Family Trees)

These will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube, direct from the printers, by courier.  We ask you to supply an email address and/or telephone number so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

Large packages 

Where appropriate, large packages may be sent by courier.  

Special requirements 

If you would like your report or package to be sent by courier or special delivery, please let us know your requirements in good time.  An additional charge will be made for non-standard deliveries.
