Free assessment
If you are not sure which programme to choose, or whether research will be feasible, we are always happy to advise. Use our Contact Form or our downloadable Family Tree Form to tell us the earliest details you know and we will send a brief assessment of the research prospects for your family. There will be no obligation to proceed. For the assessment, it is important that you provide as much detail as you can, as far back as you know.

Research as a gift
I found the revelations in the bound research copy thorough, pleasing, stunning. Thank you for all that you have found and revealed to me.
Research programmes make ideal gifts for special occasions, and the high-quality presentation of our reports and family tree charts make them particularly suitable.
There are two options:
GIFT PACK (recommended)
Select a research programme and select the gift option on the shopping basket page when you place your order. We will send a gift pack, either to you or to the recipient. This comprises a gift card, a brochure and a blank family tree form, so that the recipient can provide the starting information. Gift packs are valid for up to two years.

SURPRISE REPORT
If you would rather commission the research yourself, as a surprise gift, do obtain as much starting information as possible from family members. Copy reports
If you have already had a report from us and would like us to send a copy to another family member, we can provide a duplicate bound report for the charge of £25 per copy (plus £6 postage for overseas orders), or a PDF copy report emailed to you for the standard charge of £15.

Family Tree form
This form can be used either to request a free assessment of the prospects of research on your particular family, or to provide the starting information for a research programme.
In either case it is important to fill in the form with as much information as you can.
Please read carefully
When you click the link below it will open a pdf form which you can SAVE to your computer. Please note: You must save the blank form to your computer before filling it in.
You now have the following options:
- Fill in the form on screen (just click your cursor where you would normally write). When complete, SAVE the file, then attach it to an email and send it to info@debrettancestry.co.uk.
- Print out the form and fill in manually then post to us at the address shown on the form.
- Close the file and open it again later for either of the above options.
